Our staff of product engineers, tool & die designers and manufacturing engineers provide technical support in the areas of part / assembly design and applications engineering. We can help with the design of parts and assemblies that are well-suited to economical manufacturing processes. Although we have already developed many innovative manufacturing techniques, we constantly develop new technologies to provide our customers with the best part or assembly at the best price.

Welded Contact Assemblies - Precious metal tape, wire or balls welded directly to base metal strip and then stamped to form a finished contact assembly in one operation. Full automation permits tight process control for high volume production.

Brazed Assemblies - Solder brazed assemblies for electrical contact and special applications. Furnace brazing, induction brazing and other techniques designed to insure quality diffused bonds.

Airbag & Pressure Relief Rupture Disks - Airbag disks that burst at specified pressure ranges where each lot is centered to performance requirements. Very high precision disks and disk assemblies that are engineered to burst at specified pressures under various conditions and environments. All production lots are tested according to CGA, automotive, military or other customer-specified standards.

Screw Machine Parts - Precious metal, base metal and plastic machined parts made on automatic B & S and Swiss screw machines. Subminiature to medium size parts to precise specifications. Slip rings, studs, washers and other forms with intricate detail.

Rivetlay Assemblies - Contact rivet/blade assemblies produced by one automated operation that forms the rivet from wire, assembles the rivet to the base metal and stamps the finished part. Converts three operations into one.

Four-Slide Parts - Wire forms and other small parts with simple to complex bends. Longitudinal grain direction for superior performance. Two-piece assemblies automatically welded in one operation.

Secondary Assemblies - Semiautomatic and hand assemblies produced to customer specifications. Multi-piece welded, brazed and staked assemblies. Finished assemblies that can be packaged and labeled according to your specifications ready for shipment to your customer.
